Kenny Nguyen graduated from California Western School of Law in 2013. Mr. Nguyen was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for Ethnic and Cultural Diversity in 2011 and placed on the Dean’s Honor List in 2012. During Law School, Mr. Nguyen was a judicial extern for the United States District Court, Western District of Arkansas. Mr. Nguyen is a member of the California Bar and licensed to practice in all courts of California, and is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nguyen graduated from the University of California, Davis earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. At UC Davis Mr. Nguyen concentrated his education on automotive technology gaining experience with hybrid and electric vehicles. After earning his Bachelor of Science, Mr. Nguyen further expanded his knowledge by working with hybrid and electric vehicles as a test engineer. With professional experience as a mechanical engineer, it was logical for Mr. Nguyen to pursue a legal career focusing on intellectual property matters.
Mr. Nguyen’s focus is on providing patent, trademark, copyright and related litigation services.
